Process
Order-to-Delivery Process
STEP1
Order Submission
The customer submits the order form together with their photo data and required information.
STEP2
Payment
Payment is made through the designated method. Production begins only after the payment is confirmed.
STEP3
Order Confirmation
Once the payment and photo data are confirmed, the order is officially accepted and the production schedule is set.
STEP4
Draft Creation
We prepare the first draft based on the selected plan, the submitted photos, and the customer’s preferences.
STEP5
Final Version Approval
After reviewing the draft, the customer requests revisions (if any) according to the plan. Once approved, the final version is created.
STEP6
Final Delivery
The completed final version is delivered in PDF format. At this stage, the customer confirms whether they wish to add the Print Option or proceed without printing.
